I am the proud owner of Brownie Bear, a new spin on the great American brownie tradition.

 

I grew up in the north of Russia, where I spent my childhood watching my grandmothers and mother bake an array of delicious traditional pies and pancakes. Although I initially pursued a career in finance and led a department in a major corporation, my passion for baking never waned. To refine my skills, I attended culinary school in Barcelona.

Over time, I have called various countries home, including Belgium, Denmark, and the USA. These chapters of my life have enriched my baking repertoire and inspired me to fulfill my lifelong dream. Brownie Bear is the culmination of those dreams, blending my grandma’s incredible blueberry pie recipes, the exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth croissants of Belgium, and the spiced, famous pastries of Denmark.

Born in Bozeman Montana, Brownie Bear specializes in creating unique, delectable brownies. We began with nine favorite flavors and have ambitious plans to expand our assortment. Each brownie is more than just a rich, chocolatey bite; it’s a fusion of flavors and experiences from around the world.
